TPVCAPD ir Kasko Insurance Claim Handling
We offer high-level TPVCAPD and Kasko claim management services. These services include all necessary steps from registering the incident with the insurance company to the final confirmation of the compensation payment.
TPVCAPD Claim Management Includes
Administration of direct loss compensation to third parties for which the client is liable;
Loss recovery by contacting the liable party’s insurer directly—both in Lithuania and abroad—or by addressing the responsible individual or company directly.
Kasko Claim Management Includes
Registering the damage, providing the necessary documentation and photos to the insurance company;
Coordination of the loss amount with the insurer. Special attention is given to accurately determining the market value of the vehicle, particularly when assessing the residual value;
Mediation in the sale of vehicles through auction platforms.
International Claim Management Services
Loss Adjustment Function this service allows our clients to claim compensation directly from a foreign insurance company, without the need to go through local representatives of foreign insurers in Lithuania. It is available to clients who have been involved in a traffic accident abroad and are the injured party.
